At Scholareview we respect and adhere to the intellectual property rights of students, researchers, scientists, institutions and others and ask that you do the same. Accordingly, you may only upload scientific and academic documents and related content to the Website which you have the associated right to do so. To be sure you have the right to upload such Content, you should review your institution's privacy and copyright policy agreements or any other applicable information prior to uploading your documents.

Requirements for the Notification of any Copyright and other Intellectual Property Infringement

To be effective, a notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication provided to the above-mentioned Designated Agent that includes substantially the following:

the contact information of the claiming party, including the name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
a detailed description and claim of the work being infringed
the digital location and sufficient information of the work for us to locate;
a statement from the claimant stating the unauthorized use of the work;
a statement of accuracy in the information given; and
an electronic or physical signature of the authorized person or owner of the work being infringed.

If the nature of the infringement is anything other than copyright, please specify the actual intellectual property right issue.

The appropriate course of action will be taken and the material will be removed if the claimed infringement complies with the requirements stated above. The owner will be informed.

Infringer Policy for Repeated Offenders

In the case where intellectual property rights are repeatedly infringed upon, we will take the necessary steps for the termination of the user account. If this is the case, the user will not attempt to create a new user profile under any name, the user further agrees that if he or she opens a new account after the initial termination, the user shall indemnify and hold himself or herself liable that may incur.
